Nexters
Nexters is a programme that supports and develops new social entrepreneurs togive and engage at a local level in new and innovative ways. Our ambition is to provide the broadest range of support – both financial and pro bono – for social ventures that meet these criteria.
Nexters is a remarkable community of entrepreneurs – please read the posts below for more information. Nexters is a programme that supports and develops new social entrepreneurs to give and engage at a local level in new ways using networked technology, web, mobile and games. These services are both ultra local in nature i.e. they are accessible anywhere in the country, and are scalable from the outset. The programme will include a prize, business development, support including channel development for new markets, mentoring support and early stage investment. Nexters will support and showcase new talent and innovative social projects placing the UK at the forefront of social enterprise. Over the past few weeks we have been holding Nexter evenings where we have heard from our amazing Nexters themselves, telling us about their projects and the things they need to progress.
